BASIC COMMERCIAL LICENSE
The "Commercial License" is a great listing for you if you are going to sell products created using my artwork or pattern.
It gives you ability to incorporate my designs in any project for commercial use, but does not give you ability to resell/redistribute original items.
The "Commercial License" is meant to be purchased conjunction with the digital file itself.
Digital files are NOT included with this download; it merely extends the usage rights of item purchased separately.
This license applies to a single set, a separate commercial license must be purchased for each set that you intend to use for commercial purposes (2 clip art sets require 2 Commercial Licenses).
This basic commercial license applies for up to 500 uses of 1 single digital file.

When purchasing a "Commercial License", please, list in the "message to seller":
▪️ your name, your company name and website URL.
▪️ link to the item for which you want to get commercial license,
▪️ your intended use of the digital file
You'll need as many "Commercial Licenses" as items you want to use for commercial purposes.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please note that you will NOT receive any formal document; the receipt of payment will be the proof of purchase of licensed items.

You are ALLOWED to use them for
▪️ printing on any merchandise for sale, as long as you have done something to change the design; items can not be sold in their original version. Please, remember that you may not use my products for mass production or large commercial purposes.
▪️ any digital project for sale, as long as you create some variation and the final results do not include my designs in layered files where the original image can be extracted; please flatten the image before sharing files.
▪️ make a product that is customized for a specific end consumer and sold directly to
them. [Examples: Layout or scrapbook for the consumer, photo card that includes
the consumer’s pictures]
▪️ make a physical finished product that is sold by you to an end consumer, so long as
the product is not mass-produced (Up to 500 Uses). [Examples: posters, t-shirts,
gifts, stationery, books, DVDs, packaging]
▪️ make materials that will be published and distributed for free, as long as the products
will not be used for advertising or marketing a for-profit business and will not be mass
distributed. [Examples: community newsletters, programs for community theater
productions]
You are NOT ALLOWED to use them for
▪️ Sell or distribute in their original form; this means you must do any change to the items you use.
▪️ Offer as freebies, make available to download or share; you may share a link to my store.
▪️ Claim designs as your own, in their original format or altered.
